Welding Procedure Specification Development
There is a lot of documentation in the mining industry however not all of it is specific to the given task, MC Quality has been developing its own Weld Procedure Specifications in accordance with Australian standards and targeted at specific repairs on mining equipment.

MC Quality has the ability to design and qualify weld procedure specifications specific for the given tasks.
AS/NZS 1554 states:
"A weld shall be made in accordance with a qualified welding procedure."

Welder Qualification
MC Quality welding supervisors also have the qualification and ability to supervise welder qualification tests with individual welders and to certify them to be suitably qualified to weld in accordance with Australian, ISO and AWS standards provided they meet with the specifications and ability.
AS/NZS 1554 also states:
"A weld shall be carried out by a welder suitably qualified to carry out such a procedure."
MC Quality provides welders with a welding certificate which is used to track their welding history and prolongation of the qualification.
